contract cancellation

Dear representatives,

I moved out of the Germany and therefore sent the required form and supporting documents to cancel my service already a month ago. I went to a O2 store and they sent all the forms via Fax and even gave me a confirmation that the fax was sent. I have not received a confirmation by O2 that my service has been cancelled. I only received the regular monthly charge recently. Can someone help me look into the cancellation of my mobile service?

Thank you for the response. I will be receiving an official invoice with the cancellation fee by email, is that correct?

I only received an email from a representative saying the contract will be cancelled and I will be receiving a final invoice, but I have not gotten that yet.

thanks for your reply.

You will get your normal invoices until the end of your contract. You will get this invoice after the end of your contract.

Additionally, you will be charged with the amount that you see in the confirmation letter that you received by e-mail.

So, just wait for your next invoice.

I just checked your last invoice. As you see, you were charged with the additional item "Grundgebühren Restlaufzeit".

This is exactly the amount that was confirmed to you also by e-mail.

So, everything is fine.

Dear Representatives,

I will be moving out of Germany end of March this year, thus I would like to terminate my postpaid O2 contract. Please let me know what is the procedure for it.
