Change data on the mobile registration


After purchasing my SIM 4 years ago I recently registered it on meino2 and found that the name is wrong there, I edited all my details except the name that is blocked and the birthday that is non-existent...

Can someone help me with this issue?

Is it just a typing error or a wrong name?

Its a prepaid card. The name is wrong but the email was correct.

When I took the o2 prepaid sim, I registered the SIM by calling to the o2 hotline and mentioning my name and passport details. But looks like they did not updated the correct data (both name and vorname) for my mobile number. Now, I want to change the mobile and for that I have to order new SIM card and foundout that both name and vorname are incorrect.

It happned not only for me, but also for my wife mobile number.

I am really unhappy with this situation. Is this done intentionally?

Please let me know how to fix it?.
