i terminates the pack of 9.99 euros(refrenz number:XXXXXXXX)
But o2 was going to debit my money of 9.99 euros from my account by October 10 2018, please cancel this transaction


Because of data security reasons, the account number was erased.

thanks for your message.

I just checked the data of your prepaid-card.

We terminated the data pack on 5th October 2018 and you got a credit of 9,99 € on your card.

I hope you agree with this solution.

This means that now you do not have any data-pack activated. You now have only the Surf-Dayflat. This means that you are charged with 0,99 € per day if you use the mobile internet.

If you wish we even can block the usage of your mobile internet. Please let us know if we should block the mobile internet for you.
