Cancelling contract due to moving abroad

Good afternoon,
I would like to cancel my o2 DSL contract as I am moving out of Germany to Romania!
I am moving because my working contact here are finished!
Please kindly what can be done!?
any e mail address for contact necessary sending my cancellation request!?

please kindness samebody can sending to me the form required to cancel the contract! Also, please let me know if I can send the completed form and proof of the conclusion of the employment contract to Telefonica by e-mail!

welcome to the o2 community!

I moved your request to a new thread to avoid confusion or miscommunication within the other thread.

In the particular event of you moving abroad you may cancel your contract (DSL or mobile) earlier by sending in the documents needed, you can find the requirements in this PDF (alternatively, here's the German version).
It is the form for a mobile contract but you can use it for dsl just as well.

Along with the filled in PDF form, we'll need:
  • a registration certificate of your present place of residence
  • a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord)
  • and your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months (the exact amount of the fee will be notified in a separate letter).
Please send all the documents to the following address:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung / Retention Services
90345 Nürnberg

o2 will then charge you said basic fee for 3 months in advance, and your contract will be cancelled by the next possible date. Please keep in mind that you will get one final bill after your contract has been terminated.

In case you rented a router from us make sure to send it back as soon as possible (and keep the certificate of posting).

- I sent to Telefonica GmbH the router, and the completed form for shutting down internet service contract!
- How do I find out if the documents and the router have been received !?
- Is there an email address for correspondence !? Thank you in advance!

I have checked this matter for you. We received the form but I think there is a mistake concerning the cancellation date. You wrote August 2nd 2020. Is it true? Because this is the regular ending of the contract. My colleagues also send you a letter requesting the deregistration form. You may send it by fax to 01805-571766

- who was sending, when and where..!?
Now please be so kind and help me to understand my situation!
My contact was made for two years (start from August 2018, and must finish on August 2020)
Personally I just have send the package with DHL to Telefonica GmbH, and on the form I write my address e-mail.
My request are:
- are there any possibility to communicate together by e-mail, because are more quickly and practical!?
- At this moment I have only this opportunity to be in contact with Telefonica GmbH (e-mail)
Also I need the account bank details because I won't to pay the bill!
I don't know if my package was received by Telefonica GmbH !?

So I must write again the form, with my desired expected End time for the initial contract!
Please kindly help me with this information:
- I just won't to pay the bill for this month (July) and I need the account details from Telefonica GmbH; because I will pay from Roumania!

nice to meet you again. I think it was the final invoice saying everything is okay. Nothing left to pay so the amout is about 0,00 EUR.

I researched if there is anything elso to discuss but found nothing.
