Being Charged for 2 connection fees


I just got my first bill, and there are 2 connection fees I’m being charged for completely different numbers, I signed a contract for 19€ for the first 6 months for 1 phone number and my first bill is 115€…. 

Im not paying for such a service, as I have been lied to.

any help is appreciated.

Could you upload a screenshot from the second page of your bill here? Please remove the phone numbers (mobile and landline numbers).

Here it is. I don’t know why I have 2 numbers when I only have one SIM card.

Where did you do this?

In an o2 store at alexanderplatz. I only want one contract with was 19 euro for 20Gb

And you booked 2x entertainment pack with each 33€ netto, you should cancel them immidiat

Is it possible to cancel after the first month?

The entertainment packs run for one month and then end automatically. Also, you got a discount  for each pack.
You have two contracts. Once the o2 Free M Boost and once the o2 Free S. Both contracts have a term of 24 months. For the o2 Free S you pay until 20.4. no monthly fee (you get a discount). After that, you will be fully charged this tariff.


Actually, the discount for the partner card (o2 Free S) is missing here, i think.

Ok, so after the 20.4 ill be charged for 2 ? even though I don’t have 2 numbers ? Why would they have given me 2 contracts ?

I think you should go back to the store and have it explained to you.
If the store has done something wrong, then it must also corrected by this store.

Because you signed up the contracts in a o2 Shop, I unfortunately don’t have any access to your data.
Please follow the suggestion of @TBCMagic and go back to the Shop to clarify everything.
