Arrival of mobile phone


Hello iv ordered as a new user of o2  Mobile phone with tarife. Order was 25.06. and iv got only a prepaid sim card. How long i need to wait for arrival of mobile phone...isnt 2 weeks a little to much for delivery of phone..when i check status of order it says at terminals...

How do you get the idea that the SIM is a prepaid card?
Did you also check the spam folder in your e-mail account?

Its a postpaid sim. Miss type by me. Yea i looked in spam and there isnt anything about arrival of mobile phone. On site it says arrival  of mobile phone is 2-4 days. When i look my order status its says at terminals.

Thats why i openend this discussion to get a aproximate date of arrival. 2-3 weeks 4-5 weeks it doesnt matter. Just a confirmation that it will arrive for example till the end of this month.

Hi @Thebattousai and welcome to the forum ☺️. Of course you don't need to wait two weeks, though it may take more than a day now and then.

Regarding your order, did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID? What does the status say?

As @Sächsin‌ said, please check your spam as well.

By the way, which phone did you order? Just to satisfy my curiousity 😉.

As you can see order status. Now i looked in spam again and i didnt see any e mail from o2.

This is only regarding the SIM card, though, not the phone itself. You did not get any other mail regarding the phone?

I'd ask you to enter your phone number in your community profile details to allow us to have a look at your order, and let me know when you did.

After hearing from online chat i discovered that i didnt confirm my mobile phone order so it will never come xD.I looked on spam and i didnt see any o2 mail for confirmaton tho i rarely look in my spam mail(maybe i deleted it without looking mail in spam). Can you help me to do a re-order of mobile phone if its possible ?(by the way it was Huawei P20 Pro with Sonos Play). As i told you in previous disscusion SIM card arrived and it is active so i dont need new SIM card.

And so after almost 2 months i didnt get my phone beacuse i didnt confirm that confirmation mail which was in spam. I made a contract for mobile phone with tariff , and i only got tariff. After making an inquriy on forum several times my problem hasnt been solved,after going to shop my problem hasnt been solved, after calling several times hotline customer service my problem hasnt been solved. I payed my first bill fair and square ill pay second one too.
I want you to end my contract for the reason you didnt fullfill your side of a deal and that side is mobile phone with tariff and NOT only tariff without mobile phone.
I know that im not German citizen and im not speaking German language so i cant call every day but i can call when my friends who are German are with me,and im ashamed to ask them every day same thing. Customer is a customer in every part of a world and customers should been treated with respect and honesty non related to language barier etc etc.
Also for some reason i cant log in community with my profile so i needed to make another one. Funny thing is i can log in everywhere except here in community. If you need my details look it at Thebattousai profile. You have everything you need there. And the last thing is i know i will wait 365 days on you to respond me.

Price for the device ist equal to the price before.
The mobile contract and the contract for the device are always separated contracts.

So the price before was 42.49 or 45.49 for huawei pro 20 mit sonos play 1 and the tariff.
Now im paying only tariff 29.99 (last bill was 33) if I order a new phone will I pay 42.49 like I order it befor or I will pay 29.99 for tariff and 33-34 for phone total 63-64 euros.
Yor mobile contract contains an discount for a "together bouhgt" hardware.
You´ll find the discount in your contract overview -> "mein o2 - Tarif & SIM-Karte"
The actual bill/invoice contains the activation fee of 29,99 EUR --> "mein o2 - Rechnung"

After you have not confirmed (and bought) the device, the discount will go down
The discount is only qualified if the device ist bought at the same day with the mobile contract.

If you are going to order the device right now you will pay monthly (mobile + device) 41,99 EUR.
And for goodwill we will keep the discount, if you´re buying the device.

Bundle package with Sonos play unfortunatly does not exist anymore.

So i order a mobile and device for 41.99 right now. What happens with the tariff i have now? I would still pay it 29.99.
If you can end my contract with sim card (the one from first order unfortunatly not sucssesful 2 months ago)i would gladly order a mobile +device for 41.99 EUR.
Beacuse i dont wana pay too high price or a dubble price monthly and i really want that phone xD

Why did you order a new mobile contract, you already have one and o2_Emanuel just wrote he will give you cheerful the discount if you order the device now.
Not an additional mobile contract.

Its definitely neccessary to revoke the new mobile contract if you dont need two.
