I brought o2 prepaid sim card from dm store in freiburg. I am unable to activate my o2 prepaid sim card as neither video conferencing person nor postident is accepting Indian passport for sim card actication. I visited all o2 stores in freiburg but the store people say that they can activate sim cards purchased only at o2 store only.
Please help me to activate the sim card using my Indian passport.

thank you very much for informing us on this issue. Unfortunately it is not possible to activate the SIM-card using an indian passport. You will ahve to give the card to someone else, who is able to use it.
