I think you guys have a huge communication gap between various internal departments. I am a O2 DSL young customer. I was sent an email and a letter asking me to provide proof of age or student ID card to continue with the plan. I have checked every possible link and read a lot of old threads and understood that this is something that does not work and you have deliberately made it so complicated so that you end up charging us the normal fare. If that is case why go through this trouble. I even visited my local O2 shop here in Aachen and even he was unable to help me as he didnt find the necessary link. I think this is an elaborate farce so that the customer ends up paying extra and this is wrong business practice. Kindly help me solve this problem. Worst website ever.
