DSL Portierung


Hi,

Recently I moved to a new provider but still I haven't received a confirmation from O2 that my line will change.

Where can I ask for a written confirmation that my line will not be part of o2 after the end of my contract?

Hay hay @avonious,

your contract have a minimum term of 24 months. Because of this your contract ends on 04.09.2019. To this date we export your landline and confirmed the cancellation to your new provider.

Hope I found you well.

It is already the due date for my contract termination but I never received anything from o2 that confirms it. Instead, I saw in "My o2" page that my contract got renewed for another year.

Could you please have a look and fix this? Also I would like to have a written confirmation over an email that my contract is terminated.

Hi @avonious,

I checked this matter again. The complete deactivation will be done on September 9th 2019. Obviously the porting was delayed due to technical reasons. Pls. don't worry. The contract wasn't renewed for another year.

For me it is not! :sweat:

I have already asked for a written confirmation that indicates my contract termination but I never received one.

However, now I got charged 40€ for not returning the router device. I can’t return this since I don’t have the address where I am supposed to do so.

 

Even on another post in the community from an admin (https://hilfe.o2online.de/english-o2-community-43/device-return-457987), it is stated that I should receive confirmation for my cancellation and the return process. 
“When the contract has ended or when you get a new rental device. You want to get a return slip with the confirmation of your cancellation, so that you do not have to pay the shipping fee. “

Could you please have a look and freeze the fine transaction? I don’t have any required information of how and where to return the router.

You have to use the o2 DSL Rücksendeportal. There you get the return slip. 

The invoice will not get canceled, but once the router has arrived at o2 and the return has been processed, the money for the router will be returned to you. It can take a few weeks to repay.
