Delay in DSL Contract Cancellation
I have requested for termination of my DSL contract (with 1 month notice, as required with M Flex contracts) via Fax on January 8, 2019 and also by Deutsche Post on January 10, 2019. However, we received an email saying that the termination will be on May 10, 2019 even though our notice period is only 1 month. The termination should happen on February 10, 2019. Can some one please clarify this.
