Contract Cancellation


Last year in September I enrolled 2 times for DSL but because of low speed I cancelled the both of contracts and also I've received two emails from o2 that contain cancellation of them. In this week again I recieved an invoice of 50 Euro using internet for December and January and I don't have any modem or Internet from O2. I'm very confused. How can I get rid of O2???? I've sent lots of letters to O2 and I also called them???? What should I do????

Hi Ali.
I am sorry. You went to the o2 Shop to sign the contract, so there is no such thing as a 14 days revocable time.
I am afraid at this moment it is not possible to cancel the contract. Please write a cancellation letter and a statement what happend back then in october 2018
to our backoffice colleages.

As I remember I signed a contract for 50M not for 8M!!! Which part of your contract wrote everything that you say I have to accept??? I cancelled two contracts because the speed was too low. attached you can see both emails that I recieved as a Cancellation by O2. I also sent two letters in 24.11 and 14.12.2018 to O2.
I do not have any modem and any one didn't come to installation, so for what I have to pay 50 Euro? For a contract which is cancelled by O2 in last year???
Now I have 50€ pending in my bank account ,Please do something for finishing this problem if not I will speak with a lawyer about this.
