Why do I still get bills after cancelling my DSL contract
I have taken a DSL connection in Feb 2018. My connection number is (Connection #: 40155176). Until June 2018, I'm getting a bill of 50 euros. After many failed attempts to get in touch with customer service, I've been to make it up on Twitter and they're following the next day. I now have a bill for 6.5 euros in my mailbox. I dont understand for what purpose I get the bill. Mandates Id: T0010001B000006025203614. I would return the debit as soon as it is taken from my account.
Hay hay abhiramkolluri,
i´m sorry for that. The current invoice is about the fee for return debit note and one for late payment of the open amount in june 2018. But this invoice was incorrect, so my collegues added an invoice-related credit memo, which doesn´t included the charged fees of total 6,50 EUR.
Because of the debit of the current invoice of 6,50 EUR, which couldn´t be stopped at this time, please return the debit. I will have a look on it and create a credit for this charged fees.
Regards,
Larissa
