My O2 contract was terminated on Aug 7th, 2019 and switched providers to M-net here in Munich. M-net handled the cancellation *without requesting a port of my DSL telephone number*. However, the Abschlussrechnung from O2 contains a porting fee that is clearly a mistake. I have a different telephone number assigned by M-net now so clearly there was no porting done by O2. The final bill should only have a charge for the last few days of the contract due to billing dates.
Could you please help correct this bill? I can send the customer info via PM to a moderator.
