I don't understand about the Rechnung of Router
I send back the Router to O2 but they got überweisung Router 66 Euro
I can't speak the german on calling ... how to get back that money... bitte..
I am the student... so now I can't paid for something important because of that...
help me... TTT

When exactly did you send back the router? Did you use the return label? If not could you tell us which address you used for the shipping?

I sent to the Router at 31/12/2018 2 pm with one of my friend
He has also same problem with me
Absender :
We sent the Routers to this address
But we didnt sent the Ruecksendenschein
We didn't know Ruecksendenschein in that time...
Just wrote that address in that box...
