Hello O2 Team,
I am a new DSL subscriber. When setting up my account I had filled out the SEPA Direct Debit car form, and on my bank statement, I see that my phone bill Telefonica GmbH contained a debit for my last monthly bill. However, my DSL connection has been disabled 2 days, and when I spoke to customer service, they said that this was because the SEPA direct debit did not work.
This is strange because my bank confirmed the strain.
Can someone help?
