70.56 euros after one year and i didnt have any dsl contract too, i never used it again i got back router one year again. Now i got this stupid bill. please cross check my bill and let me know.

dou you still have the Einlieferungsbeleg or did you recieve an email stating that the parcel with the router has come back tu us? When have you sent it back to us?

Hi,
i send the router on last Oct 2017, i searched for DHL receipt but i didn't found it and i didn't get any email from O2 too but i took picture for router and please search in your database once.
i am sure i sent the router back.

Hello Lars,
today i got another invoice from o2 saying that they will charge 4 Euros extra.
i didnt not understand that i have closed my DSL contract year ago and still o2 have my bank details and taking money from my account.
please rectify this issues very fast and remove all my details from your data base.
if not i already contact to my local lawyer, he said its illegal to take money from my account with out any contract and storing the my data after end of contract.

you can ignore the invoice over EUR 4,00, this will not be billed from your bank account.
