Contract Cancellation


After 4 month life without Internet or any help from O2, I have to cancell my contract. I have send back the Router and now I get a bill Email with 66.88 Euro from O2, and this bill isn't a PDF or letter, I can't even know what is for. What's wrong with these O2 employee? I haven't used even 1 minite Internet , their so bad service cause great trouble to my daily life and work, and now I have to pay this bill? Can anyone explain this shit? If this is for the router, how can O2 ask me to pay this when they did nothing and the internet never successfully connect?

I have checked your concern. The invoice is about the pledge for the router. But it is a technical error because there is no shipping of the device.

Thank you for your answer. I have send back the router on 11. February . Did your company received that package? And I think that I shouldn’t pay this bill if it’s for the router, because the Internet connect never works and I have never used even 1 minute Internet. It’s a pity that nobody helps me to solve the technical problem in my house even this situation last 4 month, but that’s not my fault. I hope you can help me solve this bill problem.

Yes, of course! The sendungsnummer from O2 is 151818448651, and the nunmmer of the Package which I send back is 543311094544

OK, if your shipping department can confirm that the router has been recieved, does it mean that I don‘t need to pay this bill? The money has been drawn from my bankcard!
They will transfer the money back to your bank account within two weeks. Please don't don't withdraw the debit by yourself.

Send a deadline within 1 week that they have to send you the money back.
If they don't make it within the week charge back the amount and just send them the value they rightfully own. This they can't make you responsible for any costs they suffered cause of your chargeback.
