Being charged for many months without being a client


On november/17 I used Check24 to signup for a DSL contract, but in the day after I got a message scheduling the installation to 3 months later. Because of that, I sent the cancellation email in the day after (within the 14 days), and following the pattern.

Since them I keep being charged by O2 monthly via direct debts. Every month I complain about the bill that I receive via email or Facebook chat and force the bank to cancel it. Every month I get some apologies from O2 attendant who says this problem is gonna be solved, but it never is.

On my last complain via Facebook Messenger, the attendant told me to complain via this channel this time, so I am doing so.

I really expect that I will not be charged again after this message and I would like to receive a real explanation about why I have happened and how it will not happen again. It has been so long!

* If you need I can attach all the communications I had with O2 via email and Facebook messenger (they are really so many)

can you please leave your landline number in your profile so we can take a look into your contract? You can set the privacy settings to make it visible only to yourself (Mich selbst) under the folder "Datenschutz".

Hello nandaporto,

this was only some follow up-charges for returned debits, as your bank account is probably terminated already. I have booked the charges out, so that your account with us is now balanced. There will be no further charges in the future. Also I would like to apologize for the trouble.
