Today suddenly our internet stopped working!

the only lights that are on are the power light and the WLAN light



I tried resetting the router with no luck !

how can this be fixed?

Hi i am trying to call o2 customer service don’t know german, thus unable to navigate to the right person. So I am posting here.



I got my new connection activated 12.07.2019, the technician came and did some connection and said after 4 hours everything will work. But no connection yet.

only power and wifi lights are showing up.

my DSL light not green or not even on.



But I did check my address before i got the connection.



please don’t bill me without using your service. and let me what I should do next?

@razmy i think you don’t want hear it, but you must raise a technical ticket for your problem. Please call tomorrow with a german speaking friend the technical O2 DSL hotline. Phone number 0800 52 51 37 8



After you have a ticket a O2 moderator can help you here.



P.S. The dsl cable is in right socket at back from the O2 Homebox?
The gray cable from the telephone line is in the gray socket from the router?

If you have no DSL LED ther is no answer on the other of the cable.

Thanks @Joe Doe yes it’s in the central port and that’s the only port I am able to connect other two doesn’t fit. ok I’ll do the way you recon.

@schluej yes checked all connect correctly. And this building have other two flats they all having O2 working fine only me. I’ll talk to the technical team with some who speaks German. thanks for ur support
