SIM card activation with foreign ID

Welcome everyone,
I have a question regarding SIM card activation having non-german ID. Form on o2 website require giving my actual German address which obviously isn't included on my ID. It is stated that all data on ID need to be exactly the same as ones you submit. How I should proceed to activate my new SIM card with foreign ID?

You need your travel passport and a register certificate (Meldebescheinigung) from your local city office (i think cost 5 Euro).
