Hello
8/05/2019 Your technicians came to activate the Internet connection but at that time I was not at home and the connection was not activated.
Tell me please, can I assign a new connection date? How can this be done?

if you not already did so, please contact our DSL department via phone or via chat to arrange a new date for the activation. We do not have the possibility to do so here in the forum.
