After moving the connection, no more account information access

I moved my connection from Bremen to Höhr-Genzhausen, because of that my phone number changed. After the website system update, I returned to the very old version of the system and can not see bills after February this year. Also my address still appears in Bremen. Basically I can not do anything.

Hi,

you have to choose "DSL", if you sign in at www.o2online.de. Then you are asked for the landline number, choose a password and a username (don't take your email adress, it doesn't work). If you should get a text message: this is the mobile login and has nothing to do with DSL.

You have to register in the new "Mein o2" with you new phone number.
The old system is not in use any more after the migration of your contract.
