Transfer connection from previous tenant to my name

Hello, I took over a rental contract. The O2 connection in my flat is registered in the name of the previous tenant. I wish to transfer it to my name. Please assist me with the same.

So how do I just change the bank details for now? Is that possible over the phone or here? I just want to make sure I don't lose internet connection.

do you know the former tennant personally? Because we can't change the bank details without his permission and the contract details like his personal identification code. It is not enough to tell us the landline number.

If you have some details about the contract you may get in touch with our customer service. We can't do it right here. Sorry.
