I have received my flat's former tenants o2 account, and the internet worked good the first five days, until it stopped working by the day I received the e-mail with the data needed for my registration in the web-site, which I did, thinking that maybe it would solve the problem, but it didn't. Now, it has been nearly two weeks without internet. o2 Kundenservice gave me a ticket to set an appointment, but even the confirmation was extremely slow.
last Monday I waited for the Techniker, who never showed up and they gave me another appointment for today for the Techniker to come. He came, but couldn't solve the problem, because he said that the connection was working fine, that maybe the problem was the Router, so I called to o2 again and they don't even know what's going on, so they told me they will contact me later, but I need to solve this problem as soon as possible, and o2 service has been too slow. I need internet connection urgently, and I don't know what else to do. Apparently, the problem is something with the router and I have also done all the reset thing and used the App to try to solve the problem but it's still the same. I need a solution right now

I had a look on your DSL connection and to me it seems like it is up and running again, can you confirm this? Or are there still any issues?
