Order with Iphone 6s+Blue All-in L rejected but I got invoice today.


Today I received a mail which is really surprising me.





I was rejected by O2 and never received anything(SIM card or Iphone)



Further more, my o2 account is   DE14958176 and my fixline number is not 065019183088!

PI tried to call your hotline but no one speak English, please help me with this.

For the record: I'm no o2-employee, so I can only help as a normal user.

Only the "My Handy" contract was rejected, so you still have the o2 blue tariff. Anyway you should have received your SIM card by now, so please wait for an o2 employee to have a look at it.

I ordered My handy together with the Blue All in L together because there is a discount on the bill and it should be a combined offer, if the "My handy" is rejected, how come O2 send me the SIM card as there is no discount at all?

There are two independent contracts. One for the SIM, one for the phone. The phone contracts are often rejected, as the financial risk is higher. So what remains is the second contract. The discount doesn't apply anymore. As the actication date ist today, I think you shoud have the chance to withdraw the contract at will. See https://

But I didn't receive any SIM card, how is that possible?

This may be a problem with the shipping service. An o2 employee can send you another SIM. If the German language hotline is no option for you, please be patient, a moderator will have a look at it soon.

I just checked your account information and I can tell you this:

as svx said, the phone contract got rejected but your o2 blue tariff is still active.

We can now send you a new one for free if you would like to do that. But keep in mind: when there ist no mobile phone you also do not get a discount for that on your tariff.
