Hello,
I am O2 customer with Mobile and DSL connections. My bills are debited regularly from my bank account every month through SEPA. But on 08.06.2016, €28.75 is debited from bank account without any reasons and it has comment 'O2 sagt Danke' and some other numbers which are not related to my O2 accounts. Please give me the reason why this money is debited from my account and if it is falsely debited please credit the money back.
Please ask me if you need further details.

I work on your mobile tariffs, and I can not find a bill with that amount.
Can you tell me the last 2-3 numbers of the whole numbers which are mentioned there?
Is it something like an account number or a phone number?
And does it start with a "DE"?
