Hi!

I have the O2 Home Flex Contract and I'd like to pass it to another person. I'm leaving the apartment end of July. I'd like to know if it's possible to switch the contract to another customer and what should I do?

Hi,

sorry to be so late. As far as I can see you already send a cancellation request. This was a good decision because a change to another user is not possiblel at the moment.
