Not clear on the Discounts in my bill

Hello Team,

I am back with another doubt on my contract details. handy number: 0176 232 11088

I have O2 Blue L All-in pack and in my contract there was a discount amount mentioned 7.5+7.5 = 15 Euro.

Now I am checking all my previous bills, only to notice that every month a discount of 6.3 Euro, only (calculated till 21st, as mentioned, which is also strange).

Why such difference occurred in the first place? Please explain

Hello @Subhadip‌,

the discount of 1x € 7,50 is right.

Please check your contract documents that you got when you made the contract in the shop, there you see that you get that discount once. There was a mistake in the system that made everything two times.

But at the end you confirmed the contract with your signature in the shop which includes the discount once.
