Junge Leute program

Hello,

I made a SIM card & Phone contract with o2 about 4 months ago. I am under 27, so I should be eligible for Junge Leute program which gives a discount of 5 Euros per month. I was told that I could upload the proof via Mein o2 App, but there was no option to upload proof in the app. After one and a half months, I went to an o2 office for help, and they also couldn't find it in the app and since 21 days after the contract have passed already, they told me to call the hotline. However, since I don't know German, I couldn't find a way to connect to the customer service after calling the hotline.

I also uploaded my proof from the online web service one and a half months after the contract, and I was told that I would get an SMS in 72 hours. I didn't get any SMS. I actually uploaded my proof for several times, but I still couldn't subscribe to the Junge Leute program and I didn't get any replies about my uploaded proofs in any way.

Can you help me?

Hallo @mbfeci and welcome to the o2 community! ☺️

Your proof was successful added to your account, but you didnt sign a contract with special conditions for young people.
The discount has to be part of the contract and can not be activated subsequently.
