Is it possible to combine pre-paid and post-paid account under one Mein O2 Account?

I have a post-paid account I'm using for business and one pre-paid account I am working on porting a Vodafone number over to (different thread). Can I combine these into one Mein02 account so I can see manage all these accounts with one login? I ask because I plan to bring in another post-paid account and 1-2 addition pre-paid accounts. It would be great to manage them with one login and not have ~5 logins to manage the ~5 accounts.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi @Bigfork,

thanks for your request.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine the prepaid-cards and the postpaid-cards under one customer account.

But you will not need 5 log-ins. You can combine the postpaid-tariffs under one account. Just make sure that all postpaid-cards are listed under one customer number. You will then have the benefit of a "Kombivorteil".

If you like, I can help you with the postpaid-card.

I look forward to receive further details from you.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Thank you Tobias! Good to know. I'll transfer the Vodafone Post-paid account once the pre-paid is transferred and I'll make sure to bring it under the same account number as my current O2 post-paid.
Hi @Bigfork,

great. The import of your number will take place on 23rd November 2018.

If you need help to order the new postpaid-tariff, just let me know. I will then initiate it.

I look forwad to your reply.

Tobias
@o2_Tobias There has been a major problem!! The number transfer went through but they transferred the Vodafone number over to my postpaid-tariff not the pre-paid one! 😯😫The postpaid tariff is my business telephone number and now the number is gone and changed to the old Vodafone number.

So as of now no one can contact me for work. I hope the O2 number I had isn't gone because that will cause a major issue with my work, lost customers, etc.

I can't access my old account here because the number changed as well. Bigfork2=Bigfork but I can't access that user anymore due to this change.
@o2_Tobias Update: I called the hotline and they said they can transfer the new number internally from my Flex to my Loop account. The Flex account released the number for movement and I just initiated the move from my Loop account (via the website) to bring my number from my O2 Flex account to my O2 Loop account. The person on the hotline for the Flex account said they will restore my only Flex account telephone number. I hope so as this is the most important aspect of this issue.
Hi @Bigfork or @Bigfork2,

I regret that the import went wrong.

But I am happy that our customer service at the hotline could already help you.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi @Bigfork or @Bigfork2,

I have good news for you.

The porting of your number on your prepaid-card will take place on 4th December 2018.

I hope everything is clarified now?

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
@o2_Tobias, I hope it works. I'm not concerned about the number porting over. What is critical is that the old number is returned to my Flex account as that is my work number printed on every business card I have.

Hi @Bigfork2,

I hope everything works out according to your wish.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here in our English community.

It did not work, I do not have my old number back for the Flex account 😞 The number did move to the Loop account so that issue is solved but the main problem is that I still don't have my work number. No customers can call me now for over a week 😕
Hi @Bigfork or @Bigfork2 or @Bigfork3,

thanks for your message. As I see you already have your mobile phone number -531 at the end back again.

Is everything fine now?

By the way, what is the reason for starting 3 community accounts?

If you like, I can deactivate 2 of them and you continue the communication only with one community account. Just tell me which community name you like to keep.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
@o2_Tobias no, it is not ok. - 531 is a new random number, not my original! Istill don't have my original number back!

I had to create three accounts because every time the number changes it makes me make a new account. 😞
The number ending in 9613 is the original number that I need for my business.
Hi @Bigfork3,

okay, I see.

We will correct that as soon as possible.

Please have some more patience.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
It took almost 3 weeks to correct but everything is back to normal with my work phone. I need to bring one more number over (this time to a second Flex account) but I'm a bit reluctant after this mess.
Hi @Bigfork,

great, that everything worked out according to your wish at last.

I understand that after this experience you are a little bit hesitant to order a second Flex-contract.

But I am here to help you. Which Flex-contract would you like to have?

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
I must like a challenge because I did order the second Flex account (just a Flex S since my work account has plenty of data and I use both SIM cards in the same phone). I've told Vodafone to release the number (prepaid) and have €30 in the account.

When I ordered the new Flex account I put the Vodafone number in as my "Wunchnummer" so I'm not sure if that starts the number transfer process on the O2 side. Or do I need to wait until the SIM is activated and THEN start the number transfer?
Hi @Bigfork,

thanks a lot for your trust.

Now I see also your ordered contract. But I must say: it is no Flex-tariff. You ordered o2 Free S Kombi with a duration of 24 months.

Is this what you wanted?

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Ah yes, I am getting "Flex" and "Free"confused. A normal postpaid account with minimum 24-month contract so Free S is correct.
Hi @Bigfork,

puh, good. So no challenge again. ☺️

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi @Bigfork,

after receiving your SIM-card for your new tariff "o2 Free S", please activate the SIM-card here: www.o2online.de/service/sim-karte/bestellen-aktivieren/

Please use the button SIM-Karte aktivieren.

Can I do anything else for you? Is an offer for your Flex-tariff interesting for you?

If you like, I can give you an offer for 24 months.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
A better offer is always interesting, let me know :)

So a quick update, all seems to be progressing correctly. I have activated the new SIM cards for the "Free S" and they are functional with a new number. I have had Vodafone release the old number (prepaid, so it should be immediate) and I have initiated the number transfer with the new Free S account (also requested as soon as possible). So now I'm just waiting for the confirmation from O2 that the transfer will happen and on what date.
Hi @Bigfork,

thanks for your message.

Step by step we are getting to your goal. 🙂

I can offer you the tariff "o2 Free L Boost" instead of "o2 Free L Flex". This tariff includes 60 GB data-volume instead of 30 GB. The price of 44,99 € per month is the same for 24 months (additionally to 9,99 € for the International Pack 120).

What do you think about that?

Further information about the tariff, you will find here: www.o2.de/produktinformationsblatt

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
Ok, the second number transfer went through this morning and all is as I wanted. Thank you Tobias for the advice and help.
Hi @Bigfork,

thanks for your message.

Great that I could be of help to you here in the English community. If you like to accept my offer I made to you last time, just let me know.

Have a great start into the year 2019.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
