DSL contract cancellation due to moving...


I have called the Hotline Service several times over the last few days to cancel my DSL contract due to moving, but no service workers have been available to answer. Instead, I was forced through a horrible automated answering machine service that claimed to help me with my cancellation. However, in the end I did not get any confirmation of whether my request had been correctly registered.

Can somebody here tell me whether I managed to cancel my DSL contract? And whether the cancellation was registered as moving-related? Also, can you tell me on what date the contract is registered to terminate?
