I made this account before I received a registration email from O2 after I ordered a DSL service. However when I click the link it tells me the email is already used so I can’t make an account with the registration, and thus I can’t see my actual order information on this site. How do I delete my account or link my order information to this account? or can someone do it for me?

I’ve already made a topic about this a few days ago and nobody has responded. I need to delete this current account so I can register again with my email address (it just says this email already has an account when I click the activation link I was sent).
Please delete my account!
