Hallo, meine Internetverbindung ist von heute Morgen getrennt und es ist schon einige Male passiert. Was soll ich machen?

Moin Moin,
what kinde of router do you have?
If you have a HomeBox what is the DSL LED doing (On/Off/Blinking)?

If you will call O2 Service you could use the O2 Hilfe App, the app will do all the default stuff with you (router on/off an so on). After that Progress U will get a service code. You should tell the operator the code, so you spend a phone a minimum of time.

Rufe diese kostenfreie Service-Rufnummer bitte möglichst von deinem Mobiltelefon aus an, da zur Problembehebung u. U. der Router neu gestartet werden muss und dadurch Anrufe vom Festnetz unterbrochen werden.

wre you already able to contact our technical DSL hotline to open a trouble ticket for this issue? If yes then every step necessary will be taken to fix this as soon as possible.
Or is your DSL connection stable again? Then it is possiböle that there was a maintenance that cuased the interrupts.
If this issue still persists and you did not call the hotline already feel free to use the DSL Hilfe App as @schluej already suggested that will do a basic trubleshoot.
If you do not speak any german at all I trecommend to call with a friend of yours to contact the technical DSL hotline since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
