Yesterday I received a request to pay my mobile contract from May 20, 2019 until June 19, 2019. However, I understand that the contract expires on 30 May 2019. This was the information I extracted from O2 app.
1) Can you explain why I have to pay the bill (20 May 2019 to 19 June 2019)?
2) Can o2 confirm that my contract has actually expired / terminated?
