Cancellation of O2 contract

Hello ,
I have a DSL contract in Berlin , and now I am relocating to Munich.
I would moving into an apartment provided by the company which already has an Internet connection , so could you please let know if its possible to cancel my DSL contract in Berlin.
If yes what would be the procedure for the same and what would be the cancellation charges.

Hello @Sagicob,
to cancel your contract you have to write a letter of cancelation to our customer service or mark the contract for cancelation online and confirm this by calling the phone number that will be shown there.
If you have a contract that runs for 24 months and you want to cancel it to an earlier date the rest of the contract will be billed at once.
If, on the other hand you have a contract that can be canceled on a monthly base this of course will not happen.
I recommend that you order to move the address of the DSL connection to the new address. If it is technically impossible to provide a DSL connection there you have the possibilty to cancel the contract and only have to pay a three months base fee.
