Last December (2018) I kindly requested to cancel my O2 contract but no further action has been taken by your company.
Now, that I came back to Europe from several months in Asia, I seriously want and need to cancel the contract with the German O2. Unfortunately, for working and health reasons, I cannot be in Germany anymore...especially only to cancel a mobile contract.
Can you please proceed with the cancelation? Once again, my number is (was -they have stolen my SIM card): +49 176 21161182.
